Few days before Christmas after 3 individuals by the name Billy Mwangi, Peter Muteti and Benard Kavuli went missing, Kenyans are now calling on immediate action to be taken over the recent abduction cases.
Naomi was also abducted after posting AI generated picture of H.E William Samoei Ruto. After public demand Naomi was released, and she took to her X account "Hey guys I am very thankful for standing with me by your tweets and retweets"

Jimmi Wanjigi has taken to his X account Criticizing William Ruto over killings of the youths especially during the festive season. Saying that the president keeps defining for his exit out of the power.

On the other hand Karungo Thang'wa have urged the Citizens to exercise Citizen arrest to the abductors.
He further on Stated "Block their vehicle, make a citizen arrest and then call the uniformed police."

During New Year celebrations, unknown individuals broke into the hostel by forcefully accessing doors and windows, making away with household property belonging to the residents. The incident occurred while most students were out celebrating, unaware of the unfolding theft at their residence. The comrades have not yet returned to their rooms, as they are still engaged in New Year festivities. The extent of the loss remains unclear, but residents fear the burglars might have made away with valuable household items and personal belongings. The burglars appear to have targeted the hostel knowing it would be largely unoccupied during the celebrations.
